WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
At Fone Express we offer you a range of convenient payment options: Cash payment, Credit card – we also accept all credit cards at Fone Express.
Our Online store accepts- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal
Fone Express Gift vouchers are also accepted as currency in store.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A REPAIR QUOTATION?
Repair quotations from Fone Express are free of charge. Bring your device in-store and we’ll have one of our experienced technicians assess the damage and quote you on the repair cost. Quotes are obligation free, so you’ll only pay if you decide to go ahead and have your device repaired with us.
DO YOU GIVE WARRANTY WITH YOUR REPAIRS?
YES. All repairs carried out at Fone Express come with a (6) six month warranty. The warranty applies to the repair part that was fixed by us and will be honoured in the event that the part is or becomes faulty. Please provide your receipt when making a warranty claim. Unfortunately warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or attempted modifications.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE REPAIR TIMEFRAME?
The average timeframe for mobile phone repairs is (30) thirty minutes. iPad tablets take a little longer and have an average repair time of (1) one hour. If you require a special part to be ordered in for your device, the turnaround time from arrival of that part to the actual repair becomes (3) three days. Nevertheless, we will have your device looking brand new once we’re done with it!
DO YOU PROVIDE TAX INVOICES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?
Yes we are able to provide you with a Tax Invoice for your purchase/repair upon request.
DO YOU USE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR YOUR REPAIR WORK?
At Fone Express we only use genuine original parts so that we can provide you with a quality repair every time! In the event that a genuine part is unavailable, we will source a high grade aftermarket replacement for you which will still be covered under our warranty system.
I HAVE PURCHASED A PART FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE; WILL YOU FIT IT ON FOR ME?
You will need to bring in your purchased part to one of our Fone Express stores and have our experienced technicians assess it for repair validity. If the part is approved, we can then give you a quote for the repair.
WHAT TYPE OF PHONES / DEVICES TO YOU REPAIR?
At Fone Express we endeavor to fix the majority of mobile phones and tablets that come through our doors. The only exception to this is if the device is fairly new and repair parts are not yet available. Major brand parts are always stocked and can usually be fixed on the spot in as little as thirty minutes in most cases.
DO YOU SELL ACCESSORIES FOR ALL TYPES OF PHONES?
Fone Express has Sydney’s largest range of mobile phone and tablet accessories. You name it we’ve got it! Head in to one of our stores and have our highly trained team members find the perfect case / accessory for your device.
DO YOU REPAIR PHONES / DEVICES WITH WATER OR LIQUID DAMAGE?
With liquid damage, it’s best to bring your device in so that one of our technicians can assess the amount of damage that has been done. So far we’ve been able to successfully repair most of the liquid damaged devices that have come our way. Those that were unrepairable have at least had the data salvaged from them.
