Returns & Refunds
Fone Express is happy for you to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store, should you have a change of mind. The product must be in its original condition and resalable.
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including delivery costs.
Return delivery due to change of mind purchases will be at your own expense. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
The products are your responsibility until they reach Fone Express, so please make sure it’s packaged properly to ensure no damage in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning and that you obtain proof of postage. Signature on delivery to Fone Express is required. Please email email@example.com with your order number and design description as well as to notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.
Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind.
